True value does not come from external factors, but from long-term persistence and effort—delivering something truly meaningful to customers. Building a high-quality brand has always been challenging. The market increasingly favors low-cost, high-volume transactions, but I place greater importance on the reputation and long-term growth that quality brings. In this fast-paced era, where trends come and go quickly, we push ourselves to deliver even greater value. I believe quality is the lifeline of a brand, and word-of-mouth outweighs any short-term gains from marketing.

Over the past decade in the bearing industry, I’ve witnessed many cases where companies lost their market due to poor quality. I’ve been stunned, frustrated, and bewildered by dishonest business practices, and at times, it left me overwhelmed. But every time I receive positive feedback from customers, it reinforces my conviction. In an age full of choices, I’m grateful that we can still trust one another.

In my 30s, I no longer rush for instant success. Once, 30 seemed distant, but now 18 feels like a lifetime ago. Reaching this age, I’ve realized it’s not an anxious stage at all. In earlier years, I often worried about not being good or accomplished enough. But now, I feel like everything is just beginning—I can wholeheartedly pursue meaningful and valuable endeavors, experience the wonders of the world, be needed, and strive to shine while also being a light for those around me.

If possible, I hope to walk this path alongside my clients. Always believe in the power of belief.
