Manufacturing Process

1.Material Selection

The process begins with selecting the appropriate materials for the bearing based on factors such as load capacity, speed requirements, and environmental conditions.

2.Forging or Casting

The selected materials are then forged or cast into the desired shape, usually in the form of rings or other components that make up the bearing.

3.Turning Process

The forged or cast components are machined through turning processes to achieve the precise dimensions.

4.Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is a critical step in the manufacturing process to enhance the hardness, strength, and durability of the bearing components.

5.Grinding & Super finishing Process

The components are machined through grinding processes to achieve the precise dimensions and surface finish required for the bearing.

Super finishing is a precision machining process that improves the surface finish and geometry of bearing components.

Once the components are done, they are assembled together with precision to form the complete bearing unit. This may involve fitting balls or rollers, cages, seals, and other components.

7.Cleaning & Lubrication

Cleaning is an important maintenance task to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.

Lubrication is essential for reducing friction and wear in bearings. Depending on the application, bearings are lubricated with grease, oil, or other lubricants.

Once the bearings pass quality control checks, they are packaged according to customer specifications and shipped to their destination.

Industrial packing: tube/paper/+carton+pallet; Commercial packing: single box+carton+pallet.

For urgent goods, when the gross weight is <50kg, we suggest sending by Express like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. For urgent goods, when the gross weight is >50kg, we suggest sending by air. Others are suggested sending by sea.

8.Packaging and Shipping

Quality Control: Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the bearings meet industry standards and customer requirements. This includes dimensional checks, surface finish inspections, and performance testing.
